Class I

Certified MBEs with less than $1 MM in annual revenue

Class II

Certified MBEs with annual revenue between $1 MM and $10 MM

Class III

Certified MBEs with annual revenue between $10 MM and $50 MM

Class IV

Certified MBEs with annual revenue above $50 MM
